BARSTOCK:
Single piece solid hexagon/ round bar stock,
deep drilled and machined with a tapered hot
end ¶llel stock, designed as per ASME
PTC 19.3 or to suit the pressure rating &
velocity. Bore dia: To suit OD of inset/ element:
Bore concentricity within + 10% W.T.
BUILT UP: Beyond
600mm immersion and for medium pressure application,
a built up construction with 100/ 150mm tapered
barstock drilled tip, welded to seamless ½”
sch 40/80 pipe for balance length is offered.
MATERIAL: SS 304/
316/321/446/Inconel/ Incoloy/ Hastelloy/ Monel |
PROTECTION
SHEATH: Fabricated from seamless tube with
hot end plug welded & process connection welded
on are available for low-pressure application.
Materials:
Noble Metal(Type R,S)Thermocouples are offered with
high aluminia/recrystallised aluminia sheathing-single
or double, with SS reinforcement upto 200mm from cold
end.
SPECIALS: FOR COAL MILL/
ABRASIVE APPLICATIONS: Solid Sintered tungsten carbide
thernowells- Single length max 450mm, OD max 22mm-
Micro weld joined, with reinforcement upto 1000mm.
Barstock/built up thermowels as above with 0.5/1mm
thick tungsten carbide/stellite hard facing/ coating
for applications like coal mill temperature measurement,
fuel gas temperature, etc.
